How To Make A Layered Pumpkin Halloween Card

The Pumpkins are from
Cricut Cartridge: Happily Ever After
The Mice are from
Cricut Cartridge: My Community
The flowers are from the Martha Stewart flower punch.
The Oval Frame is from
Cricut Cartridge: Ashlyn's Alphabet

Cut Out
Happily Ever After Cartridge.
 4-3" Pumpkins
8-2-1/2" Pumpkins

Score lines on each side of pumpkin stem
on 3 of the 3" pumpkins and
6 of the 2-1/2" pumpkins

Emboss the pumpkins using Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder

Add Stickles glue glitter to accent the leaves and edges of the pumpkins.

You will only put stickles on the stem of 3 of the pumpkins.
That will be you top pumpkin.
The bottom pumpkin does not have any score lines
Apply adhesive to the back of your pumpkins inbetween the score lines.
Then add your layers.
The top pumpkin layer will have the green stem.
2nd layer

3rd Layer

Top Layer

This is what your pumpkin will look like fanned out.

Step By Step Instructions To Download PDF to your PC and onto Kindle

1st you need to download the handbooks from this link:
http://www.cricut.com/information/cartridge_library.aspx

In My documents Folder. I created a New Folder and Named it Cricut Handbooks.

2nd - You plug your kindle into your computer.

(Your Kindle Power cord is also a usb cord. So unplug the cord

from the outlet adaptor and plug it into the computer.)

***I didn't realize at first the outlet adaptor was also a usb cord.**

3rd - You need to open up the kindle drive. Drive F on my computer.

4th - Open the documents folder on your Kindle.

5th - Open the documents folder on your PC, go to Cricut Handbooks folder, Open that folder.

6th - Right click on pdf file you want to copy. From the menu click copy.

7th - Go to your Kindle Drive and paste the pdf file you want to transfer over into your Kindle Documents folder.

Presto its on your kindle. Simple as pie.

Also Make sure your Kindle 6" has the latest update to V. 2.5.3 so you can take advantage of the zoom feature in the PDF view.

If you got to --

-- on your kindle it will tell you what version you have at the bottom of the page.

Kindle Users! Did You Know You Can Put Cricut Handbook PDF Files On Your Kindle

I just got a Kindle and I am loving it I got the 6" kindle which is on sale right now at Amazon.com
I am putting all the PDF files of my Cricut Handbooks and PDF Files of my other Cheat Sheet Downloads onto my Kindle.  You can download the Cricut Handbooks from Cricut.com
There is a zoom feature in the Kindle PDF file V. 2.5.3 viewer.
The images are in a gray scale. Which I wish the Kindle was in color but I'm happy with the results.
I'm not an IPhone user (and don't see one in my future) I'm not an IPad user because they are Too Expensive. I really just wanted a nice size portable reader. So I went with the Kindle.
Just plug your Kindle into your computer and add the PDF files to your Kindle Documents folder.
It's that easy!

So if your at a crop or away from home with your Kindle you have a light weight portable device to take with you and use a a reference guide.

I think I sound like a commerical here. I'm not selling it. I just wanted to share with all of you that it is possible to do.

Happy Crafting!
