Working In The Garden

I have been busy working in my gardens. Getting them pruned and moving some plants around.
I worked most of today in this garden as well as trimming some bushes around the house.
This still has some work that needs to be done. I am happy with how it is coming along.
I am getting some photos together so I can add to my garden scrapbook.

Friendship Card
We all have friends we treasure. Here is a card I made for my treasured friends.
I love this stamp set and I can see me using it for Summer a Fall projects.

I used Pebbles Chalks to color the flower. I used a blender pen to blend the colors.
I set the chalk with Extra Hold Aerosol Hairspray.

Ducks Visit Our Garden Pond
We have a garden pond. When we looked out the window there were 2 mallard ducks swimming in it.
It was just so funny to see these 2 big ducks taking a break in our garden pond. We got a good chuckle out of it. They only stayed for a short visit and moved on. It is just amazing what we find in our garden pond.
We have had frogs, toads, turtles, bull frogs and now ducks. I will be adding these photo's to my garden scrapbooks.

Sunday Sketch Challenge
I am in a crafting funk. I thought offering a sketch challenge would help me get motivated to craft.
I would like everyone to join in this Sunday Sketch Challenge with me. In fact it would be so much fun to have a group of us doing this. I'm going to put a link so you can post your projects too.
This is the "Get out of that Crafting Funk Sunday Sketch Challenge"!!
Here is the sketch I made up as a guide.
1) It can be a one or 2 page layout. You decide.
2) Chose your favorite papers to use. Pattern or solids. It doesn't matter what company it is from.
Just so it's your favorite papers.
3) You can use any of your favorite embellishments.

Happy Easter Everyone!
I hope everyone has a Blessed Easter! It is a special time to gather with friends and family.
We will be having a Easter Lunch with our family. I'm looking forward to this gathering!
***Note: I haven't been able to post on my blog this week due to and illness in my family.
My granddaughter has been very sick this week and I have been caring for her.
She is doing better today and finally on the mend.
***I also want to mention I updated my CTMH Chart with coordinating stamps for the Art Philosophy Cart. I found 2 more stamp sets that coordinate with this cartridge and added some missing information.
